  • Organization and membership information, including information relating to Organization profiles, Organization administrators, members, membership status, membership applications, membership communications, and related Organization activity.
  • Event, registration, and ticketing information, including information relating to events, activities, registrations, ticket purchases, attendance, attendee lists, participation requirements, age restrictions, accessibility requests, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, and communications with Organizations.
  • Posting and user-submitted information, including information you submit, post, upload, display, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Website, such as local sale postings, lost pet notices, community notices, event listings, reviews, comments, messages, photographs, videos, logos, descriptions, and other User Submissions.
  • Payment and transaction information, including information relating to fees, postings, registrations, ticket purchases, memberships, donations, sponsorships, refunds, chargebacks, payment status, transaction history, and related billing or payment details. Complete payment card information may be collected and processed by our payment processors, such as Helcim, and is subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.
  • Location and geographic information, including home address, postal code, municipality, event location, Organization location, address search information, map-related information, or other geographic information provided by you or generated through your use of the Website. We may use this information to provide geographically relevant content, including nearby events, activities, Organizations, postings, and location-based features. Location, address, mapping, or geocoding functionality may be supported by third-party providers such as Geoapify.
  • Business-related information, including information related to your business, professional, or organizational role, such as title, duties, business address, business email address, business telephone number, Organization affiliation, and authority to act for an Organization.
  • Communications and support information, including messages, inquiries, feedback, support requests, complaint information, dispute information, refund requests, and other communications you send to us, Organizations, or other users through the Website or by email, telephone, or other means.
  • Marketing and preference information, including your communication preferences, subscription preferences, consent records, opt-out choices, and information about whether you open or interact with our emails or other communications.

  • Your search queries on the Website.

When you register for an event, purchase tickets, communicate with an Organization, submit information through an event registration form, or otherwise interact with an Organization through the Website, we may disclose the personal information reasonably necessary to facilitate that interaction to the applicable Organization, including your name, contact information, 7registration details, attendance information, and transaction-related information. Organizations are independently responsible for their handling of personal information once disclosed to them. We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:
  • In accordance with applicable law, to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of VISEK INC.'s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by VISEK INC. about our customers and users is among the assets transferred.
  • To advertisers and advertising networks that require the information to select and serve relevant advertisements to you and others. We do not disclose data about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we may provide them with aggregate information about our users.
